By accessing or using OmegleFun.app ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Age Requirement (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OmegleFun.app. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to ban accounts immediately if underage usage is detected.

3. Code of Conduct & Community Rules

Users must adhere to safe and respectful behavior on live video calls and text chats:

• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or vulgar behavior.
• No harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, or violence.
• No spamming, commercial solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.
• AI automated filters actively scan for policy violations. Violators face permanent device and IP suspension.

4. Virtual Coins & Paid Subscriptions

OmegleFun offers optional paid services, including PRO VIP memberships and Virtual Coins used for gender filters and direct requests.

• Virtual Coins and PRO Subscriptions have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Purchases are processed securely via approved payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay / Cashfree).
